1/Position title: 01 Restaurant Reservation Executive 
Job Description: 
  • Primary Function/Responsibility
  • Taking care of Restaurant bookings in the South Vietnam ( from Khanh Hoa province to Ca Mau province). 
    • Reservation: Handle all restaurant bookings (new booking, amendment, cancellation) 
    • Updating: Inform sales responsible the booking status and make necessary amendments
    • Reporting: Internal - Booking Report and Deposit Payment Report to accounting, External - Guest Complain Report
    • Negotiation: Negotiating with suppliers for series booking, special requests, fam trip groups…
  • Make reservation for other services at the South such as: cooking class, sunset cocktail at bars/ Lounge, etc …
  • Answer complaints and solve troubles about restaurants via email, phone.
  • Answer all requests from sales about restaurants & explain sales team Pros & Cons of Restaurants in the South Vietnam
  • Find new restaurants
  • Negotiating with suppliers to get the best contract rate for  every year.
  • Update data base for TMS
  • Update  B2B 
  • Announce to related departments Renovation/Construction notice & solve troubles concerning Renovation/Construction
  • Make sure that the services which booked are suitable to clients' expectations and Easia standard 
  • Ensure to perform the tasks given in accordance with standard policies and procedures of the company under general direction of Office Manager
2/ Position title: 01 Tour Operator (French speaking) 
Job Description: 
  • Doing operation programms for French, Italien, Spanish market 
  • Dealing with clients, solving all troubles of French, Italien, Spanish files which may happen on tour 
  • Quality follow up ( Calling clients to ask their feedbacks, report to concerning people, solve the problems from client feedback)
Job Requirements: 
  • The successful candidate should be: 
  • Vietnamese;
  • BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors;
  • Good command of French is a must;
  • Can communicate (spoken & written) in English is a plus; 
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Having experience in inbound travel (tour guide, operation, sales, reservation) is privileged;
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded;
  • Flexible, be willing, creative and having a good sense of product’s evaluation;
  • Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.
