1/ Technical Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools at customer site
  • Consult, design, configure, set up and maintain network as well as security infrastructure matched customer requirements
  • Depend on the services that we provide to customers, you have to:
    • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure at customers sites
    • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability for customers
    • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
    • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Provide onsite and remote support to customers
  • Liaise with vendors and other team member for problem resolution at customer sites
  • Arrange, assign task and follow up result of each team member
  • Complete all duties is assigned by BOD.

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 year of experience as a Technical Team Leader
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting.
  • Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks and network infrastructure
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Citrix)
  • Experience with monitoring systems
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Team work spirit and ability of working individually
  • Must have strong organizational, communication and project management skills
  • Willing to travel to customer sites and company branches
  • Good English communication skills.

2/ It Helpdesk

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide installation, management, support and disposal for basic IT equipment such as telecommunication devices, workstations in general computer, scanner and peripherals used by customers and company.
  • Install, manage and resolve issues related to IT equipment.
  • Provide general information to users about computing services provided by SDI.
  • Work directly with users to resolve their problems related to accesses to any IT services. This task includes gathering information, troubleshooting, conducting research or using the knowledge base to find correct solutions for users.
  • For critical issues or issues which cannot be resolved, escalate to other IT specialists or vendors for further analysis and resolutions.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Technical
    • Relevant college degree is required.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in troubleshooting or repair IT equipment such as network infrastructure, computer system, telephony systems.
    • Have broad knowledge in different IT domains to support end-users is desirable.
  • Behavioral
    • Good written & spoken English communication skills.
    • Customer service oriented mentality.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Willing to travel to customer sites and company branches (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ha Noi, Myanmar, Cambodia…)
    • Excellent phone etiquette.
