  • Office Administrator (OA)

Job Vacancy Details:

  • Preparation of expense documents
  • Co-ordination of pay roll and expense payments
  • Day to day management of the office and co-workers
  • Communication with external support such as payroll, accounting and legal
  • Professional upkeep co-ordination of the office
  • Keep up team morale ensuring that everyone is happy in the office and well supported
  • Communication with head office, customers as required

Required Skills:

  • University Graduate.  Major in Human Resource, Accounting, or Agribusiness is a plus.
  • Very good communicator
  • Work independently, self-motivated and a happy personality
  • Skilled in office administration work (at least one years of work experience)
  • Ability to get things done

  • Working in international working environment

  • Overseas business trips to events, exhibitions or training courses
  • Salary: Negotiable, from US$300
